We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to join our team at Stealthy Wood, a leading furniture design and manufacturing company.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our social media presence, engaging with our community, and promoting our innovative furniture designs. You will work closely with the marketing and design teams to create engaging content, drive brand awareness, and support business objectives through social media strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media content strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Work closely with the design team to showcase new furniture collections and behind-the-scenes content of the manufacturing process.
  • Maintain consistency across all platforms, ensuring that each post reflects our company culture and product offerings.
  • Foster positive relationships with customers, designers, and followers by responding promptly to inquiries and feedback.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns to support product launches, sales events, and seasonal promotions.

Must Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in the home furnishings or design industry.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms, content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of current social media trends and best practices.

Nice to have

  • Ability to take high-quality photos and videos, particularly for showcasing furniture designs, events, or behind-the-scenes content. 
  • Knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar) to edit and enhance video content, particularly for platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels.
  • Having basic web design or coding knowledge could help in editing and customizing social media landing pages, blog posts, or website features.
  • Fluency in multiple languages could be a plus for engaging with a global audience or serving international markets.
  • A passion for interior design trends and the ability to recognize what types of content and products resonate with audiences, especially in the home furnishings industry.
